    David Bogan, a Business Law partner in Edwards Wildman's Hartford office whose practice focuses on public utilities, discussed how utility companies are increasingly looking to sell property as land prices around the country rebound in Law360. In the article, "Utilities Cash In On Rising Land Prices," Bogan said, “Consumer advocates will say it was the ratepayers that paid for you to care for and to carry that property all these years, and therefore it isn't fair that you now get to sell it and recover all of the gain, so that's the tension” that often accompanies these deals.
