References praised him as a "formidable litigator and arbitrator," who is "pragmatic, commercially minded and incredibly bright."
Coull focuses his practice on dispute resolution and coverage advice for reinsurers and reinsureds. Chambers ranks him in both the Insurance: Contentious Claims and Insurance: Reinsurance categories. References praised Coull for his business acumen and strong client-focus. The directory particularly mentioned his keen understanding of reinsurance issues in Latin America.
Goolsby, who has been recognized previously by Chambers Global, is the Chair of the Firm's REIT Practice Group and Finance Committee. He concentrates his practice on facilitating debt and equity offerings on behalf of real estate investment trusts, and representing clients in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Chambers noted that clients recommended him for his effectiveness on complex legal matters and attentive client service.
