Edwards Wildman's Stan Keller Comments on Takeaways From Strine's Morton's Ruling in Law360

    News
Stan Keller, a Boston-based partner in Edwards Wildman's Business Law Department, discussed Chancellor Leo Strine Jr.'s recent dismissal of a shareholder lawsuit over the sale of Morton's Restaurant Group Inc. in Law360. In the article, "3 Takeaways From Strine's Morton's Ruling," Keller said, "This is the Delaware court taking the opportunity to demonstrate its impatience with these rote claims. The chancellor is looking at the pleadings and basically saying, 'You've got to be kidding.' ... Revlon has a place, but it's not relevant nearly as often [as it's invoked]."
