Anjuli Shukla, a Business Law associate in Edwards Wildman's Providence office, has been named to the board of directors of the Women’s Center of Rhode Island. The Women's Center of Rhode Island has been providing residential and community based services to survivors of domestic violence since 1974.
Shukla's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation. She has represented firms in the information technology, telecommunications, international manufacturing and government contracting sectors.
Proficient in Hindi and Spanish, Shukla earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and her undergraduate degree in journalism and politics from New York University. She is a "Big Sister" mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State.
