Edwards Wildman's Jeff Swope Successfully Represents Boston College in Subpoenas of College's IRA Interviews, Reports the National Law Journal

    News
Jeff Swope, a Boston-based partner at Edwards Wildman, successfully advised Boston College when a federal appeals court ruled that the college need not release 74 transcripts of interviews from an oral history project about political organizations associated with the Northern Ireland "Troubles," reported the National Law Journal. In the article, "First Circuit Trims Subpoenas of College's IRA Interviews," Swope said,"[The court] spent a huge amount of effort to read all these transcripts and protected academic research that wasn't relevant to the matter under investigation."
