    News

Glenn Pudelka, attorney in Edwards Wildman’s Intellectual Property Department in Boston, wrote an article examining the ramifications of Antigua considering ignoring US intellectual property rights in Intellectual Property magazine. In the article, “Piracy in Paradise,” the authors discussed how Antigua is seeking to obtain a decision in the international trade arena that allows the suspension of enforcement of intellectual property rights to recover losses that Antigua claims it has suffered due to a US ban on cross-border gambling services.

This article appeared in the April 2013 edition of Intellectual Property Magazine: http://www.intellectualpropertymagazine.com.
