    Edwards Wildman's Daryl Lapp Represents Harvard Law School in Plagiarism Allegations Case, Reports Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

    Daryl Lapp, co-chair of the Litigation Department at Edwards Wildman, is advising Harvard Law School in the matter of Walker v. President and Fellows of Harvard College et al., reported Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. In its "Status Conferences" update, the publication noted that the plaintiff claims defendant Harvard Law School violated her due process rights when it failed to properly handle a disciplinary case against her involving alleged plagiarism.
