    John Houlihan, co-chair of Edwards Wildman's Commercial Litigation Practice Group successfully advised Santander Consumer USA when a three-judge federal appellate panel ruled that a US District judge erroneously conclude that the car financing company lost its arbitration rights, reported Law360. In the article, "4th Circ. Lifts Block On Arbitration In Santander Auto Suit," the Fourth Circuit held that Santander did not lose its arbitration rights as it waited five months to compel arbitration while waiting for legal guidance from the US Supreme Court.
