The Providence office, in conjunction with Style Up, Inc. and the firm's Diversity Committee, hosted a luncheon yesterday attended by female students from the Providence location of Year Up. Year Up is a nonprofit organization that provides an intensive one-year training program with corporate internships for urban young adults. Krystle Tadesse and paralegal Alison Furness provided the Year Up students with training on professional dress. Style Up also provided the students with a selection of professional clothing, much of which had been donated by Edwards Wildman professionals. The lunch was a huge success, and another session is scheduled for next week with a second group of Year Up students. Style Up, Inc. is a non-profit organization that collects and provides professional clothing and related training to disadvantaged young adults who are seeking employment.
