At the annual 2015 New England Cable and Telecommunications Association (NECTA) Convention, Locke Lord’s, David Bogan
participated in a roundtable discussion of major issues considered during the 2015 Connecticut legislative session, and a comprehensive review of pending issues at the Public Utility Regulatory Authority (PURA), the state’s principal regulatory agency with authority over cable and telecommunications sector. The session will feature key legislators and senior staff involved in developing Connecticut’s tax, technology and economic development policies. Tara Trifon

The New England Cable & Telecommunications Association, Inc.
