Attendees will acquire a basic glossary of construction terms and concepts, understand the relationships between the major players in the construction process, and be able to recognize and avoid common pitfalls in contract drafting and in construction litigation.
The program will be taught by experienced construction lawyers who will emphasize the practical aspects of construction law in a setting that will provide ample opportunity for discussion and follow-up questions.
