    The Edwards Wildman IP Summer Seminar is in its 9th year and provides an opportunity for international patent practitioners to learn the important approaches, rules and nuances to US intellectual property protection.

    Approximately 30 attendees from 6 countries attend the two-week Summer Seminar each year. The program includes a comprehensive lecture series addressing all aspects of patent law including patent prosecution, interference, patent litigation, recent developments in US patent law, and practical practice hints on how to prepare, prosecute and enforce strong US patents. Participants also enjoy a wide variety of recreational activities.
