The Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals will hold it's 26th Annual Conference on October 6-9. This year’s topics offer something for both new and experienced compliance attendees. More than 70 topics will be offered that include all lines of business and general interest to cover critical current topics.

Paige Waters will speak on "ABC’s of Rate and Form Filings." This session will help attendees better understand the filing issues and the processes for an approval with the state insurance departments.

Gregory T. Casamento will speak on "Compliance Issues in the E-Insurance World — Electronic Delivery of Documents." This topic will examine the many varied compliance issues carriers face when conducting business electronically and offer possible solutions.
Tuesday, October 8 - 11:05 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.
Elizabeth Tosaris will speak on "Intellectual Property and Trade Secrets and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA)." Policy forms and rates and supporting documentation are some of an insurance company’s most valuable assets. What can be used from other companies and what can you keep “secret” for your own company?
