Ron Kurtz (Los Angeles Partner): Ron is a litigator with more than 15 years of experience in a wide variety of complex civil matters in federal court, state court, arbitration, and mediation, with special emphasis on business and regulatory disputes in the health care industry.
Kelly Turner (Chicago Partner): For more than 17 years, Kelly has represented financial services, insurance and other clients in a wide variety of complex contract, business tort, general commercial, consumer fraud, class action and insurance disputes in state, federal and bankruptcy courts across the country.
