    Business Opportunities and Legal Developments in China

    Locke Lord will host a CLE program presented by Professor Jun Fu from the Law School of the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing who will begin the session by providing an overview regarding the most recent changes in China’s economic growth model and business laws.

    Following Prof. Fu, a panel consisting of Greg Burch, partner in our Houston office, and Zunxuan “Digger” Chen, counsel in our Dallas office, will discuss the implications of these changes for business transactions in China.

    This seminar has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education Credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of one (1) credit hour, of which zero (0) credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.
