Kevin L. Twining

Kevin Twining is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Public Finance Practice Group and represents clients in public finance and corporate transactions. Kevin has substantial experience in municipal and corporate debt financings, public private partnerships (P3s) and derivative transactions. He is also proficient in private and public equity issuances, venture capital transactions, asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, and general business law and contracts.

Kevin’s representative experience includes:

• Represent underwriters, issuers, credit enhancers, trustees and developers in taxable and tax-exempt bond financings
• Represent governmental agencies, developers and underwriters in public-private partnerships
• Issuer's counsel to the North Texas Tollway Authority for over $20 billion in revenue bonds and notes
• Disclosure counsel to the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority for numerous state agency financings
