A Locke Lord Texas team led by Lauren Corbeil Clarke, Kevin Peter and Ashley Lopez (all of Houston) represented Terra-Ace Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of OFS Energy Fund, in its sale of Ace Fluid Solutions, a leading product, stimulation chemical and water services provider to the Permian Basin’s oilfield industry, to SNF, a global leader in water-soluble polymers.
