Energy Team Represents Sabinal Energy in $300 Million Equity Commitment From Kayne Private Energy Income Fund

A Locke Lord team including Mitch Tiras and Brooks Vanlandingham (both of Houston) represented Sabinal Energy, LLC in a $300 million equity commitment from Kayne Private Energy Income Fund, L.P, an energy private equity fund of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. Sabinal, an independent oil and natural gas company, will use the equity to continue to pursue the acquisition and development of large, long-life producing oil and gas assets primarily in the Rockies, Mid-Continent and Texas.
