General Obligation Pennichuck Corporation Acquisition Bonds
Rick was part of the team that represented the City of Nashua, New Hampshire in the January 2012 issuance of $150,570,000 General Obligation Pennichuck Corporation Acquisition Bonds. Sale of these bonds enabled the city to acquire 100% of the stock of the Pennichuck Water Company, a public corporation. The City now owns and operates Pennichuck, the regulated water utility providing water to the City, and a number of other New Hampshire Municipalities. The Nashua Telegraph reported the transaction.
