Different practice areas also have specialized programs. For example, as each new class of associates arrives, the real estate and banking lawyers sponsor a series of training sessions covering a variety of substantive practice topics.
    • All associates are encouraged to attend and/or make presentations at continuing education seminars, not only to fulfill their State Bar requirements but to obtain real and unique expertise in specialized areas and/or to fulfill board certification requirements if desired.
    • Internal seminars on a wide variety of topics, such as ethics, are periodically presented.
    • The firm holds regular meetings of all associates to discuss administration, policy and other areas of broad interest to associate development and careers.
