Tammy Ward is an associate in the Austin office whose principal area of practice focuses on transactional, regulatory and administrative health law issues. Her areas of experience include HIPAA privacy compliance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and compliance issues, fraud and abuse including the Anti-Kickback Act and Stark issues, review of contractual arrangements involving health care providers, health care provider licensure and certification matters with state agencies and Medicare/Medicaid, Texas private hospital UPL program, and mergers and acquisitions of health care entities.
