
Trey Ibsen is a staff counsel in the Dallas office of Locke Lord LLP where he represents commercial real estate developers, owners, operators and investors in many aspects including: partnership and corporation formation; property conveyances and financing of commercial real estate related to raw land, apartments, retail, hotel/motel, office, subdivision and warehouse development; document drafting; and negotiating real estate related transactions. He also represents condominium and homeowners’ associations with regard to organizational formation and document drafting. Trey assists clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including the acquisition, development, construction, leasing, financing and disposition of existing and proposed real estate projects. These transactions involve apartments, office buildings, retail sites, raw land and residential properties.
