
Scott Koelker represents clients on a wide variety of matters within the areas of business litigation, construction law, and consumer finance. His practice has included assisting large and small clients with resolution of complex commercial contract disputes; general tort and personal injury matters; indemnity and insurance issues; construction defect, payment, and lien litigation; and mortgage litigation and compliance. Scott’s experience is not restricted to any particular forum; rather, through the diversity of his practice, Scott has established the skills and procedural knowledge necessary to represent his clients in federal and state trial courts, courts of appeals, and before arbitration tribunals. Additionally, Scott has managed and assisted in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including pre-suit claims analysis; obtaining and opposing injunctive relief and restraining orders; discovery, dispositive, and other motion practice; pre-trial and trial; post-judgment motions; and judgment collection and enforcement.
