
Shiva Delrahim is an associate in Locke Lord's Los Angeles office where she focuses her practice on a broad range of business reorganization and restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors' committees, and institutional creditors. She has represented creditors and debtors in chapter 11 cases in California, Delaware, Texas, and New York.
Ms. Delrahim served as law clerk to the Honorable Geraldine Mund of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. She has also worked in the chambers of the Honorables Kathleen Thompson and Ellen Carroll of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
