Michael Schulman has substantial experience serving as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and issuer’s counsel in a wide range of public finance transactions involving state agencies and municipalities and in conduit bond issues. He has also represented trustees, credit enhancers and borrowers in a variety of taxable and tax-exempt bond issues. He is a former Co-Chair of the Firm's Public Finance Practice Group.
