Sky A. Emison

Sky Emison concentrates her practice on complex litigation, arbitration and health care regulatory matters. She has substantial experience representing clients within the insurance, reinsurance and health care industries.

Sky counsels clients with all aspects of the litigation process, including initial case evaluation and risk assessment, discovery, pleadings and motions, hearings, pre-trial, trial, post-trial and appeals. In addition, Sky has represented clients on multiple major health care insurance acquisitions in order to obtain approval from state insurance departments.

Sky is a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she has represented individuals in a variety of civil proceedings.
