Thomas P. Arnold

Tom Arnold has extensive experience in commercial real estate and finance transactions. Tom represents institutional buyers and sellers of all types of commercial real estate, including multifamily and industrial projects, regional malls, retail centers, hotels and office buildings. His real estate practice also includes representation of fund advisors and investors in the formation of ventures to acquire and develop commercial real estate. Tom represents lenders in connection with construction and permanent financing of many types of projects, including participating mortgage transactions and syndicated credits.

Tom's finance practice also includes representation of underwriters and purchasers of taxable bonds, notes and certificates that have been secured by a variety of assets, including conventional commercial real estate, ground leases of U.S. military housing and government leases. He also has experience in modifications, workouts and enforcement of remedies.

Tom also represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases, and he also handles construction and architectural contracts, tax abatement agreements and environmental matters.

Tom's clients primarily include real estate funds, commercial real estate firms, family offices, investment banks and domestic and foreign banks, and he has also represented individuals and partnerships.
