  • Crestwood Equity Partners LP, a publicly traded master limited partnership that owns and operates midstream assets, in the divestiture of its Marcellus natural gas gathering and compression assets to Antero Midstream Corporation for $205 million in cash
  • A private equity-backed international liquid storage terminals company in multiple asset acquisitions and divestitures
  • Refuel Operating Company, LLC, in its acquisition of the assets of Premier Stores, Inc., a Greensboro, North Carolina-based convenience store chain operating under the GreatStops brand
  • Crestwood Equity Partners LP in its divestiture of legacy, non-core Barnett Shale assets to EnLink Midstream, LLC, for $275 million in cash
