A Locke Lord team represented Reach Wireline, LLC, a portfolio company of Hastings Equity Partners, in its acquisition of Rush Wellsite Services, LLC. The deal closed on June 30, 2017. The Locke Lord team included Andrew Capalbo, Mike Newquist and Jessica Davis (all of Providence).
