Houston Team Advises Lucid Energy Group in Refinancing and Expansion of Two Revolving Credit Facilities Totaling $585 million

A Locke Lord team led by Tammi Niven (Houston) served as counsel to Lucid Energy Group in the completion of the refinancing and expansion of two revolving credit facilities. The $585 million in senior credit facilities will support operations in the Midland Basin and Delaware Basin and also brings Lucid’s total financing to more than $1.45 billion.
