Texas Team Represents Epic Midstream in Sale by Affiliates of White Deer Energy for $171.5 Million

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo (Houston) represented Epic Midstream LLC in the company’s sale from affiliates of White Deer Energy and Blue Water Energy to International-Matex Tank Terminals (IMTT) for $171.5 million. The acquisition is being funded by IMTT parent, Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation, and will provide a strategic presence in the Port of Savannah. It is expected to close on August 7, 2017.
