Locke Lord Represents Alleghany Corporation in Subsidiary's Sale of Pacific Compensation Insurance Company for $150 Million
A Locke Lord team led by Norris Clark (Los Angeles) represented Alleghany Corporation in its announcement that its wholly owned subsidiary, Alleghany Insurance Holdings LLC, has sold Pacific Compensation Insurance Company to CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company for $150 million of total cash consideration. For more information, please see the Alleghany Corporation press release. The deal was announced on Sept. 13, 2017 and closed Jan. 18, 2018.
