Locke Lord Represents AVERA Companies on Purchase and Lease of 41.7-Acre Site at Houston Ship Channel

A Locke Lord team represented AVERA Companies, a Houston-based commercial real estate development, construction and investment firm, on the purchase and lease of a 41.7-acre site at the entry of the Houston Ship Channel. The property, called HMS 850, is permitted for four distinct leases. Avera noted that the acquisition will accommodate the company’s need for barge fleeting and deep water terminal space.
