Locke Lord represented South Texas Implement Co. in the sale of 11 John Deere dealerships to Ag-Pro Companies. With the addition of these South Texas dealerships, it makes Ag-Pro one of the largest and most diverse portfolios in the country. The sale closed June 29th.
