Edwards Wildman Acts as Bond Counsel on $4.8 Million IHDA Housing Deal for Elgin
Edwards Wildman has acted as bond counsel to the Illinois Housing Development Authority to successfully close its $4,865,000 bond issuance to expand affordable housing options in Elgin, IL. The funds will go toward the acquisition, rehabilitation and furnishing of additional multi-family residential housing in the development known as Buena Vista Tower in Elgin.
