In October 2011, a team of our lawyers represented The W.E. Bassett Company in the acquisition by Pacific World Corporation, a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. The W.E. Bassett Company, a family-owned business based in Shelton, Connecticut, is the nation's largest distributor of personal grooming devices such as nail clippers, files and tweezers.
