Regulatory Counsel to Insurance/Financial Services Organization

Lawyers from our Insurance and Licensing practice areas have provided regulatory counsel to a global insurance and financial services organization on all new innovative product offerings.  We obtain regulatory approval of forms and rates on new programs; handle licensure expansion efforts; provide regulatory compliance counsel as to 50-state programs and master service contracts with large commercial clients of our client; and provide counsel for proposed transactions.
