Locke Lord Boston Partner Allison O’Neil Named a 2017 Top Women of Law Honoree by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

July 25, 2017 – Allison O’Neil, a Partner in Locke Lord’s Boston office, was named to the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly 2017 Top Women of Law list. The award honors those who have made tremendous professional strides and demonstrated great accomplishments in the legal field, including pro bono, social justice, advocacy and business. At Locke Lord, O’Neil serves as a member of the Board of Directors and is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative. 

O’Neil serves on the Board of the Emerald Necklace Conservancy and is involved with fundraising efforts for the Museum School at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She is also a member of the Boston Women’s White Collar Defense Association and the American Bar Association Steering Committee for the New England Criminal Justice Section. She has been named a Rising Star and a Super Lawyer in the Super Lawyers Edition of Law & Politics and Boston Magazine. O’Neil was also listed as a "Top 50 Woman" for lawyers who ranked top of the list in the 2016 New England Super Lawyers process.

O’Neil is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department and focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense and employment counseling. She has more than 15 years of experience in the litigation of business torts, conducting complex internal investigations and advising individuals and companies with regard to governmental investigations. In addition, O’Neil has extensive trial experience in a variety of criminal matters in state and federal courts and regularly advises clients on complex civil disputes with related criminal issues.
