Locke Lord’s Thomas Cunningham Named Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America

November 17, 2016

November 17, 2016 – Locke Lord’s Thomas Cunningham, Co-Chair of the Firm's Litigation Department and Managing Partner of the Firm’s West Palm Beach and Miami offices, has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).

The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. In addition to Cunningham, five other Locke Lord lawyers hold the distinction of being a Fellow in the society, including Firm Chair Jerry Clements and Locke Lord lawyers Richard Glovsky, Elizabeth Mack and Richard McCarthy.

Cunningham is also the leader of the Firm's Class Actions Practice Group and the Food & Beverage Industry Group. He focuses his practice on the representation of clients in consumer-related class action litigation in both state and federal courts. He also frequently engages in litigation involving consumer fraud and cases based on a myriad of state and federal consumer protection statutes.
