Boston Partner Daryl Lapp and Associate Liz Kelly represented Harvard University in connection with breach of contract and defamation claims brought by a Harvard Law School graduate who was reprimanded for plagiarism. The First Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the District Court’s award of summary judgment for Harvard.
