Marc Watts has over twenty years of experience in corporate securities law and related matters. He represents issuers of equity and debt securities, purchasers and sellers of publicly traded and privately held companies, boards of directors, board committees, underwriters in connection with the public offering and private placement of debt and equity securities, and companies with active acquisition programs. In addition, Mr. Watts has considerable experience in antitrust matters, as well as in structuring partnerships, joint ventures, and other vehicles for joint investment.
