Max Stubbs is an associate in the Firm’s Houston office where he practices oil, gas and energy law, and corporate and securities law. Max’s work is primarily focused on upstream and midstream transactions in the energy sector. He has experience negotiating and drafting oilfield master service agreements, hydraulic fracturing services agreements, and drilling contracts. Max has also represented clients in both acquisitions and divestitures of producing and non-producing oil and gas properties.
