While Mike focuses his practice on advising publicly and privately held business enterprises as well as individuals on the tax consequences of business transactions, including entity formations, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, he is also experienced in handling tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service and various other state and local taxation authorities. Mike also has extensive experience in contract negotiation and counseling for current and prospective professional baseball players.
