Matthew Eggerding is an associate with Locke Lord LLP and practices with the Firm's Energy and Intellectual Property groups.
Specifically, Mr. Eggerding's practice focuses on representing energy companies, including pipeline and electric companies, before federal agencies, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC); assisting companies with regulatory compliance; and auditing and analyzing corporate documents and agreements.
Mr. Eggerding also represents clients in litigation matters before federal courts, state courts, and federal agencies.
During law school, Mr. Eggerding served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mary Ann Medler, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
