Named a 2009 and 2005 “Rising Star” in Texas Super Lawyers, Ms. Earley has experience in merger, acquisition, and disposition transactions, securities regulation matters and securities offerings, including representing purchasers and sellers of publicly-traded and privately-held companies, representing issuers and selling shareholders in connection with the public offering and private placement of debt and equity securities, and advising management and boards of directors on general corporate matters. Ms. Earley is also very involved in community and legal efforts in the Austin area.

- Represented a publicly traded technology company in its acquisition of an IT service delivery software company.
- Represented a publicly traded chemical company in its merger with another publicly traded chemical company and its $120 million offering of convertible senior subordinated notes.
- Represented a publicly traded waste management company in its going private auction sale in a transaction valued at over $800 million.
- Represented large commercial bank in several acquisitions, including related securities representation.
