
Lawrence A. Gray has more than 30 years of experience in counseling real estate clients. Over the years, he has formed and represented limited partnerships and limited liability companies for the purpose of acquiring, managing, and disposing of shopping centers, industrial and office buildings, and vacant land. In addition, he has represented major national corporations in the disposition of office and industrial properties, financial institutions in their problems involving foreclosed assets, and owners in various construction and related contracts.
Mr. Gray formerly served as Managing Partner of Lord, Bissell & Brook, as well as a number of other management roles in firm committees. He currently serves as Managing Partner of the Chicago office.
