Lisa Genecov concentrates on health care, securities, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience counseling various medical providers and health care professionals on a variety of issues, including formation of health care networks, joint ventures and management services organizations, and choice of entity and governance matters. She represents hospitals and other health care providers in connection with contracting, HIPAA privacy, compliance, and other regulatory issues. In addition, Ms. Genecov has substantial experience with buy/sell arrangements, sale and purchase of health care entities and professional practices, professional services agreements, employment and management services agreements, acquisition and disposition transactions, and equity and debt offerings.
