Lauren M. Fincher is an associate practicing in business, consumer finance, and intellectual property litigation. Lauren has experience representing clients in state government litigation and regulatory matters, including deceptive trade practices actions, fair debt collection actions, and food and drug regulatory matters. Lauren also has experience representing clients in a variety of matters in both state and federal courts, including online copyright infringement, mortgage lending and servicing practices, consumer protection, credit reporting practices, contract claims, and fraud. She is a former Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Nathan L. Hecht of the Texas Supreme Court.
