Jim Cole is an associate in the Firm’s Houston office practicing tax law. He focuses his practice on advising corporations, partnerships and tax-exempt entities on tax and structuring advice relating to various business transactions. Mr. Cole regularly represents clients in tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service at both the audit and appeals levels. Previous to working at Locke Lord, he was a Tax Senior at Deloitte Tax LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
