Siegrun D. Kane, of Locke Lord, will present "Trademark Parody: The First Amendment Becomes A Perfect Storm" at the New York Intellectual Property Law Association's Half-Day Trademark Program on June 14. The program features additional topics including: U.S. and Chinese Perspectives on Trademark Enforcement in China; Notice and Takedown for Trademarks; Rosetta Stone v. Google; Social Media; and Counterfeiting. Attendees can receive 3.5 NYS/NJS CLE credits.
